Attorney Christoph Stoye’s main areas of expertise are building and architectural law, in particular project development (including the review, negotiation and drafting of construction-, architectural- and property development contracts), as well as public building law (including construction planning law).

Another focus of Christoph Stoye’s practice is advising national and international investors in real estate transactions (share / asset deals), including Legal Due Diligence, contract negotiations and contract drafting (German / English).

Within the scope of his work for the Israel Business Group, Christoph Stoye also supports Israeli organizations in inheritance law issues, in particular if conflict-of-laws regulations are concerned, and assists them in the administration of estates in Germany and abroad.

Prior to joining Gelbart Legal, Christoph Stoye worked for a major international law firm with a focus on real estate and mergers & acquisitions.
